Lawrencia has over twenty-one (21) years professional banking experience. She specialises in human capacity development in the banking, oil and gas as well as public sectors.
She started her career with the erstwhile Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank) and rose to Assistant General Manager position having handled Financial Control, Local and Foreign operations, Oil & Gas and Public Sectors.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Masters in Business Administration (MBA). She has also attended Senior Executive Courses at the Columbia Business School as well as Wharton University of Pennsylvania, both in the United States of America.
